Earlier this week, a video of Delegate Kathy Tran admitting that her bill would allow a woman going into labor to get an abortion if just one doctor thinks her mental health is at risk. Yesterday House Republicans said this shows what Democrats have on the agenda if they take control in November. Democrats are calling Republicans desperate and dramatic for publicizing what one of their delegates said.
