Drake is not out here playing with people. According to TMZ, Drake has filed a lawsuit against Layla Lace for making up a pregnancy and falsely accusing him of rape.
In court docs obtained by TMZ, Drake stated that he did have consensual sex with Layla last year while he was in England and when he did not take her on tour with him, she went crazy and accused him of rape and getting her pregnant.
Court docs say that Drake is suing Layla for civil extortion, fraud, defamation, distress and abuse of process.
Ya’ll better stop playing with Drake!!
