Push thinks Drake not responding to “The Story of Adidon” was more about Drake than it was about him.
Interviewer: J Prince said that Drake has a response track that would ruin careers, but that J Prince stopped Drake from releasing it. What was your reaction to that?
Pusha T: You know, I don’t know. I just feel like if there was something that was beneficial for either of those two guys, they would do it. I think they’re into doing anything that’s beneficial for them.
Interviewer: Do you think it’s a bluff, or that they’re scared?
Pusha T: I don’t want to call them scared. I just want to say that they’re thinking. They’re doing what’s best for them.

Kanye‘s feelings seem to get in the way of his politics nowadays…instead of actual facts.
Pusha T (on Kanye): We haven’t agreed on a lot of things in life. And we’re still friends. Nine times out of ten, I feel like if I argue my opinion I’m going to come up with way more facts. I feel like he moves off of feeling a lot… I’m around him enough to know that he says certain things and then he’ll see something that doesn’t even agree with something that he says and he’ll be passionate about that as well.

Push wrote the “I’m lovin’ it” jingle for McDonald’s. This was already sort of known, but just in case you needed a reminder.
Push thinks there’s too much compassion in battle rap now.
Interviewer: How is rap battling in the social media era different?
Pusha T: It’s different because there’s a lot of sympathy and compassion and things like that I didn’t know existed. That’s why it’s not even fun to me anymore.
Interviewer: You can’t say as much.
Pusha T: Bro, it’s weird. It’s so weird. There’s a sentimental aspect that I didn’t know existed. But new rules. I’m learning and discovering a whole bunch of new rules in the rap game. And I’ll just leave it at that.
Guess Push likes his beef served cold and compassion-less…mmm okay.
