ABC Cuts ‘Roseanne’ After Racist Tweet
After just one season, ABC has decided to cancel Roseanne, after the shows leading actress Roseanne Barr called former Obama aide Valerie Jarrett an ape.

“Roseanne’s Twitter statement is abhorrent, repugnant and inconsistent with our values, and we have decided to cancel her show,” ABC said in a statement.
Roseanne aired back in March and was renewed for a second season just two days after airing.
Roseanne Barr has since apologized and deleted her tweet.
