Plies was arrested yesterday for a D.U.I and refused a breathalyzer test when cops pulled him over for driving under the influence, according to the police.
Tampa Police pulled over Plies at 2:35 a.m. yesterday and he was taken into custody at 2:48 a.m.
Although he refused the breath test, he was still arrested and charged with driving under the influence.
He later posted $500 bail.
