Chef Keyshia's Chicken

4 boneless, skinless chicken breast

1/2 teaspoon of Cajun spice

1 tablespoon of Soulfood Seasoning

1 tablespoon of Garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon of black pepper

1 jalapeño pepper , chopped

Olive oil


.In a large bowl massage chicken with olive oil

.Sprinkle all Seasonings on chicken massage into chicken

.Chop Jalapeño on top of chicken

.Place in baking dish. Cover with foil and bake on 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 mins.

Serve over rice or noodles!
