Selita Ebanks attended the Jeff Koons x Google launch in New York City on Monday evening. The model arrived in all black New York City style for the private event at Spring Place in New York where the art and technology powerhouses officially unveiled a collaboration they’ve been promoting across social media as #KoonsxGoogle.
The collaboration is a line of phone sets for Google’s latest Nexus device. For $40, Google boasts the opportunity to “own a limited-edition piece by one of the greatest living artists in the world.” Jeff Koons is a well-known designer whose work has been shown at the Whitney Museum amongst other prestigious locations.
Selita Ebanks proudly posted her Jeff Koons limited edition phone case to Instagram, stating, “My first piece,” as if it is artwork (because it is).
The Cayman-born model and actress looked stylish in a black, double-breasted mixed media top with sheer panels and a black skirt. She paired this chic ensemble with $990 Tom Ford patent leather padlock sandals, straight hair, and a bold red lip. Her nails were fresh in a demure white nail polish that looks similar to Essie’s Marshmallow. She wore dainty silver jewelry that kept the look sleek and chic.
