Macklemore and Ryan Lewis caused quite a stir on social media when they released their polarizing song “White Privilege II” last week.

While most members of Black Twitter were suspicious of Macklemore’s intentions, others were trying to fight off their feelings of White guilt.

Macklemore and Ryan stopped by Sway Calloway’s Sway In The Morning radio show to discuss the duo’s intentions behind the song, White guilt and supremacy, Black Twitter backlash, and racism in 2016.

Meanwhile, Macklemore’s White counterparts aren’t really feeling his latest song. Iggy Azalea blasted the Seattle rapper on Twitter, and Cleveland’s MGK alluded to Macklemore being a race-baiter on TMZ.

Macklemore and Ryan Lewis’ This Unruly Mess I’ve Made album is due out February 26. Watch their interview up top.
