The City of Richmond’s Cold Weather Overflow Shelter located at 505 N. 9th Street inside the Public Safety Building will be open through – Monday, Jan. 25th.
Shelter Hours of Operation: 7pm – 6am Shelter Registration Time: 7pm – 9pm ***Food will not be provided and pets are not allowed***
