What???? Nicki Minaj’s Recently Married Brother Jelani Charged With Raping 12-Year-Old Girl

According to Newsweek,Thursday afternoon, Jelani was arraigned on first-degree rape and first-degree course of sexual conduct against a child.
Jelani was released from the Nassau County jail on $100,000 bail following his arrest, according to Newsweek.
Remember a few months ago, Nicki spent $30,000 on his wedding.
