Remember earlier this year rapper 2 Chainz was hit with a $5 million defamation of character lawsuit by a women claiming she was embarrassed after 2 Chainz called her a THOT on a viral video.

According to TMZ a judge recently sided with 2 Chainz ruling that “calling someone a “THOT” does not rise to the level of “extreme or outrageous conduct.”
