Chris could already be in jeopardy of losing custody of his precious daughter if he failed the drug tests. According to TMZ, Nia’s lawyers demanded that he submit hair and urine samples for drug tests, and the judge even forced the singer to piss in a cup that day in court!
TMZ claims the judge didn’t say what he would do if the tests came back positive for drugs.
Also, in just 12 days Chris and Nia must go into mediation to come to an agreement on a long-term custody and support agreement.
