As the police continue to investigate Young Thug’s connection to Lil’ Wayne’s tour bus shooting, Rico Ritche got caught up in the mix.

Richie, most known for his current street-hit “Poppin,” got arrested in Atlanta on Wednesday for gun possession and selling weed. Friends of the rising star say the arrest went down in the same studio that Young Thug shot the video for  “Halftime.” TMZ reports that the cops busted into the studio to find Young Thug, but took Richie into custody instead when he refused to snitch on who the drugs and guns belonged to.

Even though Richie’s friends claim that none of the items were his, the charges are sure to be a roadblock in the up-and-comer’s road to success.
