In the age of YouTube, America’s Funniest Home Videos is still running and enjoying itself at its comfy Sunday night timeslot at ABC. It’s still going to continue, but there will be one big change.

After 14 years, Tom Bergeron is out as host and Alfonso Ribeiro is in. Ribeiro will become the long-running program’s fourth host starting next season. The Fresh Prince star also known as Carlton has risen to recent prominence after winning season 19 of Dancing With The Stars (which Bergeron also hosts).

“It just felt like a great marriage,” Ribeiro told Hollywood Reporter. “When I was there to do my test, Tom was there and he was very, very supportive. He let the people there know that he thinks I would be the right one for it. And it’s a show that I’ve been a fan of since near the beginning of it. I would watch it with my kids and I’ve always enjoyed it. So somehow I came up the lucky winner.”

Ribeiro said the show shouldn’t change too much format wise, although there’s probably going to be a Carlton Dance thrown in there at some point.
