Jay Z Covers New York Magazine’s Yesteryear Issue
Jay Z may have once (allegedly) lied about his age, New York magazine is nodding back to his legitimate younger years. A 29-year-old Hov covers the weekly’s ”Annual Yesteryear Issue” that chronicles ”100 Years of Pop Music in New York.” According to Complex, the photo was taken in 1997.
Jigga’s cover is one of eight (pictured below); his mentor The Notorious B.I.G graces another.
