Chaka Apologizes To Beyonce

Chaka Khan is so over this made-up rivalry between her and Beyonce and took to Twitter to offer her apologies to Mrs. Carter.

The Bey Hive attacked (as they are known to do) Chaka for allegedly throwing shade at Beyonce on the red carpet where she rolled her eyes and whispered something under her breath after beng complimented by her interview who told her she looked “Flawless” like a Beyonce song.

Chaka denies shading Bey and tweeted this:

She later deleted the message but she’s clearly not here for the drama. Beyonce has yet to chime in on the messy boots production but we’re sure she’s heard the bees buzzing by now.

NeNe Leakes Joins “Dancing With The Stars”

The rumors were true! “Real Housewives Of Atlanta” and troublemaker NeNe Leakes will bring her moves to this season of “Dancing With The Stars” (and in other news, the ABC network just gained a new audience). The official cast of “DWTS” was revealed and NeNe and Billy Dee Williams (the oldest person to ever be on the show) are among the list. According to reports, dancers get paid $125,000 just for signing on and $10,000 a week for the first few weeks. If they make it to the final round contestants will be making upwards of $50,000!

“I do NOT have two left feet, I can tell you that,” NeNe said. She is clearly after that check! NeNe and the cast headed over to “Good Morning America” to make the big announcement this morning. In case you missed it, NeNe has a history of dancing. She used to be a stripper until her husband Gregg pulled her out of the club. Those moves may come in handy now!

While we were celebrating Lupita Nyongo’s’ win at the 2014 Academy Awards, one African pop star was less than impressed and blasted the “Best Supporting Actress” winner on Twitter.

Dencia markets a bleaching cream called “Whitenicious” that (believe it or not) is flying off the shelves. Dencia was upset with Lupita after the dark-skinned thespian encouraged women to take pride in their skin color. Lupita gave an inspiring speech at the 2014 Essence Black Women In Hollywood event where she read a letter from a fan who planned on using Dencia’s skin bleaching cream.

Lupita encouraged the young woman to be comfortable in her skin and Dencia, who used the product to lighten her own brown skin, reacted on Twitter.

Of course Lupita did not respond and we would never ever expect her to react to such foolishness. As for Dencia, she is damaged and needs to consult help for her insecurities instead of calling out Lupita.
