Okay. So I grew up in Cleveland, Ohio. I’m like the Forrest Gump of Cleveland. Every great thing that has happened in that town in the last 25 years. I’ve had an up close and personal experience with it. A lot of people only remember Cleveland from the way LeBron left. But the best thing to ever happen to Cleveland isn’t sports. It’s the food. Cleveland has its own taste from the corned beef that you can find on every corner. To the classic Polish Boy !! Man I grew up on these. I can’t begin to tell you how much I miss these things. They shaped the way I prepare, and eat my BBQ. The cool thing about Polish Boys? You can only find em in BBQ spots . Which are mostly in the hood. But that doesn’t stop the suburban cats from risking their lives for this polish delight. Here’s another fun fact. The place in this video is called “Hot Sauce Williams” I actually used to eat at that exact restaurant regularly. Even more cool – The owners’ daughter Melissa Williams is a childhood friend of mines. She always had good lunch at lunch time.
