The music video for Big Sean‘s GUAP is finally released!
Big Sean came home to Detroit to film his music video for GUAP, shutting down Woodward Ave in a Boat with the Finally Famous home team: SAYITAINTTONE, Earlly Mac, Adubb da Gawd, and Zeno Jones. In this scene you can see HOT 107.5′s HOT SQUAD AP, AC, UKnowCell, Skaii, Dj XO, Singer Front Paije and more bossing up on top of the HOT 107.5 station vehicle.

Besides rolling down Woodward Ave in a Boat, Big Sean also turned up in many areas around Detroit city including Belle Isle as well as a Bingo tournament with SAYITAINTTONE’s grandmother, SAYITAINTGRANNY.
Sean recently spoke with MTV News on the significance of the Mike Carson and Mike Waxx-directed clip.
” ‘Guap’ [will be] one of those classic hip-hop videos [that] key rappers always have had in their careers, like Jay-Z with ‘Izzo (H.O.V.A.).’ It’s legendary because you come back to your city and shut it down to that degree. We shut down the biggest street in the city, kids came out — they were skipping school, which is kinda f—ed up, but we had an awesome time. I really saw how the city was showing love to me and the production in the video is all just sky high.”
“Guap,” which was produced by Detroit’s own Key Wane is the lead single off his forthcoming Hall of Fame album, due early 2013.
