Victor Grimmy Owusu (born July 20, 1987), better known by his stage name V.I.C., is an American rapper from Atlanta, Georgia. His single, “Get Silly”, reached #29 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart in 2008.

V.I.C. was born Victor Grimmy Owusu in 1987 in Queens, New York[citation needed]He is Ghanaian. At ten he wrote his first song, a drug awareness rap for his elementary school.[1] Later that year he moved with his family to College Park, Georgia, an Atlanta suburb. After graduating from high school he worked as a freelance barber.  His debut album Beast was released on August 26, 2008.

He is currently working on his sophomore album, Revenge of the Beast which is set for a 2012 release on Young Mogul Records, Reprise Records and Big H Entertainment. It will have guests including Lil Chuckee, Hopsin, André 3000, Soulja Boy Tell ‘Em, Teairra Marí, Melanie Fiona, Jawan Harris, B.o.B, Big K.R.I.T., 2 Chainz and numerous others. He has already made songs with J. Futuristic, Rich Kid$, Mario, Cassidy and Bobby V. It will include production from Mr. Collipark, Mr. Hanky, Hopsin, Outsyders, Kane Beatz, Big K.R.I.T., DJ Mustard, The Runners, Lil’ Lody, and many other producers.

“Wobble” is the second single of rapper V.I.C. from his debut album Beast. The single is produced by Mr. Collipark. Before recording this song, he made a track called “Wobble (Skit)” to introduce the song “Wobble”. Both tracks are in the album. Atlanta’s V-103 radio personalty Frank Ski is featured on the song on the intro and bridge, isn’t credited as a featured artist. The song finally made its debut on the US Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart at 89 on June 2, 2011, which is almost three years after its release, and has since peaked at 84. It went on to debut at #94 on the US Billboard Hot 100 on January 7, 2012. The unexpected surge on the charts was fueled by the hustle that was created for it in 2010.
