City of Richmond Offers Help to Residents of Central Virginia
The Author Ashe Center will be open 24 hours for residents that are in need of cooling, water, books and games for the children until Thursday.
The Red Cross will be doing mass feeding at 5:30 pm. For more information call the shelter at 804-317-2039
