“Basketball Wives” star Evelyn Lozada has decided to drop the lawsuit she had against the woman she suspects of leaking naked pictures of her.
Evelyn sued past castmember named Vanessa Davis back in 2010 because she believed Vanessa was pissed that producers decided to drop her from the show, so she retaliated by stealing nude pics of Evelyn and then leaking them online.
According to TMZ, sourcesĀ say Evelyn’s lawyers searched high and low for Vanessa to serve her with the lawsuit but couldn’t find her. Evelyn got frustrated with the whole situation and just decided to drop the lawsuit.
TMZ got in contact with Vanessa and she says, “Evelyn’s lawsuit had no merit. I am really happy that her tainted name is no longer attached to mine.”
