According to the Associated Press, Felicia “Snoop” Pearson (the chic who played an assassin in the HBO drama, The Wire) has pleaded guilty to a conspiracy charge to distribute heroin.

Anyhoo, Felicia “Snoop” Pearson, 31, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to distribute heroin, a day before her trial was set to begin. The judge accepted her plea and suspended a 7 year sentence with credit for time served. Snoop was also ordered to three years of supervised probation with provisions for out-of-state travel for work.

Back in March of this year, Snoop and 64 other people where stung by “Operation Usual Suspects.” They were indicted for smuggling heroin from New York and marijuana from California and sold the drugs in Baltimore dating back as far as 2008. Snoop was paid to keep the drugs in her apartment.

Her attorney, Benjamin C. Sutley,  said outside the courthouse, “I can’t say she would have been found not guilty,”  But Snoop  interrupted, saying “I would have been found not guilty.”

What are the odds of her getting caught with a wiretap considering her role in The Wire?!
