A 3-year-old Yorkie named Banks was mauled by 3 pitbulls supposedly belonging to Rick Ross. The owner of the Yorkie claims 3 pitbulls escaped from Rick Ross’ mansion in Atlanta and attacked her pet Yorkshire Terrier.
TMZ got their hands on the lawsuit documents which said the yorkie suffered “3 large bite wounds on his back ” along with a “very large bite wound” around his neck. Cops were able to free Banks from the dogs but his wounds were so bad the owner had to euthanize Banks.
The owner is demanding that Ross kicks out $15,000 in damages and court costs. The owner is most upset that Rozay has not apologized for the incident. TMZ tried contacting Ross but they haven’t heard anything from his camp.
