Another powerful earthquake has struck the coast of Japan, causing officials to issue another Tsunami warning for the already beaten down country. The quake was measured at a magnitude of 7.4. to 7.1. There have been no reports of any casualties, but officials do worry about the threat of a Tsunami in the upcoming hours.
