A 92-year-old Florida woman is behind bars for shooting at her neighbor after he refused to give her a kiss. Crazy right?
Helen Staudinger was arrested Monday and charged with aggravated assault and firing into an occupied dwelling. Her neighbor, 53-year-old Dwight Bettner says he asked the elderly woman to leave his residence but she refused unless he would kiss her.
When Bettner refused to kiss her she pulled out her .38 caliber pistol and began firing into his home. He was not shot but he was hit by flying debris.
