A couple of weeks ago, RZA had planned to sue The Game because of a song that was meant for Game’s R.E.D. album but it appeared on Game’s mixtapePurp & Patron instead (Find out the details here). RZA said there was no love lost between him and The Game and it was just business.
RZA reached out to RapFix affiliate and Wake Up Show host King Tech to clear up the rumors about him suing The Game for the song “Heartbreaker” saying:
“I COULD NEVER TAKE GAME TO COURT… I LOVE THAT DUDE…HE IS MY FAVORITE FROM THE NEW GENERATION OF WEST COAST M.CEES… ALSO LIL CHUUUCH IS THE LAST YOUNG MAN I TOOK ON AS A STUDENT AND HE WAS ORDAINED BY MY FIRST STUDENT ASON UNIQUE…SO ITS A GOOD LOOK THAT HIM AND GAME BLESSED THE SAME TRACK… ITS JUST WE DIDNT AGREE TO RELEASE IT OR GO THRU THE PROPER CHANNELS…I’M IN ASIA AND NOT IN TUNE WITH THE CURRENT EVENTS… BUT I’M SURE ALL WILL END UP AMICABLE…LONG LIVE HIP HOP… WUTANG FOREVER…I WILL SEE YOU SOON MY BROTHER… PEACE RZA.”
So I guess it’s safe to assume that this issue has been resolved.
