Finally, we have a date and time for the video to the first track released by Wayne since his prison release. According to Weezy insiders, the forthcoming video is slated to make a memorable impression when it drops this week.
“I would love to tell everybody the concept but there will be people trying to get the idea and put it out before ’6 Foot 7 Foot’ drops,” Wayne’s videographer DJ Scoob Doo told MTV News. “But once people see the ’6 Foot 7 Foot,’ I guarantee that it’s going to be a game changer.”
On Thursday (Feb. 10) at 8pm/EST MTV and MTV.com will premiere “MTV First: Lil Wayne,” which will feature Wayne’s “6 Foot 7 Foot” video and will also go behind the scenes of the Hype Williams directed video which was shot in Miami. Immediately following the video will be a LIVE interview with Sway from MTV News which will be Weezy’s first LIVE interview since being released from prison in Nov. of last year.
