Last night, Lady Gaga let down a lot of fans when she cancelled her performance at Indiana’s Purdue University. News came that the singer had collapsed just before taking the stage at the school’s Elliot Hall Of Music. Around 8 p.m. last night, she tweeted a sincere apology.

Read from the bottom up:

And even though Lady Gaga’s press agent told Rolling Stone magazine that her physician had “advised her to take a few days off to rest,” she apparently felt well enough to appear on Oprah’s Friday’s Live From Chicago.  Not only did she sit down for an interview – though she did appear very mellow – she also performed a three-song medley, and brought Oprah her very own “bow hair.”

In 15 months, Lady Gaga has sold 8 million records, received 6 Grammy nominations, and become the first artist in history to have four #1 singles off of a debut album.
