Tropical Storm Nichole is headed toward the RVA and TriCities tomorrow and will be dumping heavy rain throught the streets of the 804. Expect flooding in low land areas and severe storms off and on starting at noon. The storm will be leaving the area late friday night so Saturday the 804 will be clear and clean up will begin!!
