Look, when it comes to airline delays and cancellations this year has to be the worst when dealing with airlines. Well the US Government is planning to make airlines compensate passengers for some flight issues starting NOW! Refunds,hotel stays and new website policies is required. This is a start, when I tell you I’ve never experienced so many headaches dealing with airlines until recently . RIC airport here in Richmond Va may actually be my favorite after bad experiences every where else.
