Social media can be a fabulous marketing tool for your goods and services done in a legal way. Or, it can be an indictment for showcasing illegal activity.

Timothy Cureton, Jr decided to post a video on Facebook Live that he filmed of himself flashing a gun in a Creighton Court housing unit. Federal agents were tipped, obtained a search warrant and found that the gun allegedly seen in the face book video was stolen. Cureton Jr, a convicted felon will appear in Richmond federal court on Friday over what ATF saw on a Facebook Live video. Cureton Jr is looking at a plea deal and faces mandatory prison time if he takes it.
