Bill Cosby is headed to state prison after being sentenced to 3-10 years. Bill Cosby was found guilty of three counts of aggravated indecent assault for drugging and sexually assaulting Andrea Constand at his home in 2004 and now a judge has classified him as a sexually violent predator and is ruling that he go to jail.
The classification means that Bill will have to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life. Report his employment to the authorities, participate in monthly therapy sessions and quarterly in-person interviews. The prosecution decided to combine all of his charges into one so he would face 3-10 years and the judge agreed.
