Chesterfield Police report that around 2:30 p.m., the four-month old twins were found in a SUV in the 2400 block of Alfalfa Lane, near Jefferson Davis Highway and were unresponsive.

Police, along with Chesterfield County Fire and EMS responded to the scene and performed CPR on the children before taking them to Chippenham Hospital. The boy was pronounced dead at the hospital and the girl died several hours later.
