June will be all about Hip-Hop as several of its heavyweights will be dropping albums. On the 1st, Kanye will drop his solo album, then the week after he will drop a collaborative debut album with Kid Cudi as they team up as the group, “Kids See Ghosts” dropping on June 8th. On June 15th a rumored Hip-Hop couple will be dropping albums, Nicki Minaj drops “Queen”, which she announced at the MET Gala on Monday, (May 7th) “This is a big night for me because I just let the world know that my album is coming on June 15 and it’s called Queen. And I can’t wait!” Nicki told the MET press. Nas, Nicki’s rumored boyfriend will drop a new album, which doesn’t have a name yet but it will feature Kanye West production. Finally, Drake will drop “Scorpion”, produced by longtime collaborators Noah “40” Shebib and Oliver El-Khatib will serve as executive producers on the project, no firm date for the arrival of the album has been set.
