Lil Wayne is  saying that he is not the father of a 15-yea-old boy and is demanding a new trail in a paternity case that he didn’t know about. Keiotia Waston filed a suit back in 2015  for Wayne to pay child support for her 15-year-old son, Dwayne Brown, who she claims Wayne fathered.

In Waston’s case, she states that she and Wayne had sexual relations in 2001 which lead to her getting pregnant.

Ten plus years later, Waston sued Wayne in August of 2015 demanding a court order that Wayne is the legal father and that he needs to pay child support.

Two months later, in October, Waston went back to a judge filing a default judgement because Wayne had not responded to the first case. Watson’s was granted the default judgment and forcing Wayne to pay $5,000 in child support and medical expenses.

Wayne file court docs earlier this week stating that he does not believe it is possible that he is the biological father of Dwayne Brown, nor was he ever made aware of his birth until he was served with the petition” filed in August.

Wayne and Waston are due in court next month.
