You may have noticed that Joe Budden was MIA from his seat on Complex’s “Everyday Struggle,” and it looks like he is not coming back.

On Monday, DJ Whoo Child took to Twitter to let fans of the show know, after being asked if he was taking Joe’s spot, that he was just hold things down for Joe, who just welcomed a newborn boy late last week.

“[Joe Budden] will be back. He’s on baby duties this week. I’m not taking his spot on [Everyday Struggle] lol. Holy sh-t. I’m just passing thru this week. Sheesh. Calm the hell down. Lol. And congrats to Joe on his newborn son,” Whoo tweeted.

After catching wind of Whoo’s tweet, Budden, who has been known to speak his mind , decided to clear up the air in a series of tweets.

This morning Complex’s SVP of Communication released the following statement:

“Joe Budden is not continuing as a host on Everyday Struggle in 2018,” Complex told Billboard. “The show will be back in the New Year with all new episodes and guests. We wish Joe all the best and thank him for a great 2017.”

The struggle is real!
