According to Keith Crump it is every adult’s responsibility to give advice and encouragement to young people.

Keith took his own advice and created the All We Need Mentoring program. He strives to uplift the underprivileged children and young adults in his community.

Keith credits his mother for his success. She established her own photography business and taught him the true meaning of persistence and determination. Keith hopes to instill the same principles in young people through his mentoring program and clothing line WhatchaNeedClothing. Both companies are used to influence and uplift the community.

The belief that surrounding oneself with like-minded people will breed success is the reason why he started his mentoring program, to give young people in Richmond a great foundation.
