According to TMZ Drake’s lawyer contacted the L.A. County DA and informed them the rapper will NOT be cooperating with the burglary investigation.
Earlier this week, a fan was found inside Drake’s Hidden Hills home sitting on his bed, wearing his hoodie and drinking soda.
Drake believes the fan has mental health issues and needs help, not jail. (TMZ)
