Toria Edmonds-Howell is a youth advocate whose objective is to promote education as a primary pathway to escape Richmond’s 25.5% poverty rate.

Currently, Toria is the Program Manager for RVA Future; a new initiative that assists high school students with planning for life after high school through collaborative efforts amongst the school division, city, and the education foundation.
