According to RhymesWithSnitch ,Trey Songz was offered a plea deal for the Detroit incident that would reduce his felony count to a misdemeanor, include two years probation, plus drug and alcohol screening and anger management.
Trey rejected the plea deal so he will head to trial where he faces up to four years in prison.
The next hearing is set for March 10th.
