According to the lawsuit filed by Marq Stevenson, a fan who went to CB’s Dallas concert last year, claims he gave his cap to one of Brown’s entourage members to get the singer to autograph it.
Stevenson claims he never got his cap back. In the suit, he Stevenson claims he even got bullied by Brown’s crew.
Stevenson is now claim that the hat was stolen, and wants compensation. Even though the hat cost a whopping $25, Stevenson wants $225 for his floor seat ticket, plus $2,500 for the bullying. $2,750 altogether.
