RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) –
Richmond Police are reporting a male was shot at 11:55 a.m. Wednesday in the Walmart parking lot on Sheila Lane. NBC12 saw a male being put into an ambulance and then driven away with a police escort.
It is being reported that the man was shot in the belly.
Police have not named a suspect, but say the shooting was not random.
