In disgusting reports…Sunrise Hospital fired employees for trying to sneak flicks of Odom after he almost died.
Somehow employees managed to top themselves on the scale of bad morals, and undaunted unprofessionalism. As if the pictures weren’t enough, workers wanted their hands on Odom’s medical records — which is a violation of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act.
A rep for the hospital wouldn’t confirm anything. “We take all patient privacy very seriously and follow all HIPAA policies in compliance with federal regulations,” said the rep.
Odom was hospitalized at Sunrise after he was found unconscious in a brothel. He has since been transferred to Cedar Sinai where his room is being guarded by security. Khloe Kardashian took him back. ( as long as he stay clean that is)
