A grand jury has indicted Univ. of Cincinnati Campus officer Ray Tensing for murder after seeing evidence and tape of him shooting Samuel Dubose in the head during a traffic stop.
Officer Tensing and a fellow cop said in their statement that he was dragged by the car before firing his which proved to be false.
