Over the past year, Rick Ross has been making some lifestyle changes that have enabled him to drop over 100 pounds thanks to eating right and CrossFit. Last month, he revealed prior to getting healthy, the most he ever did for exercise was stand up and count money. But all that changed in 2013 when he was introduced to a trainer:

But now, they, they, you know, they give me fruit to eat. I forgot what fruit, you know, tasted like. I eat pears now and sh-t like that.
