Last week a Los Angeles judge signed an order to transfer Chris Brown to Washington, D.C., for his upcoming misdemeanor assault trial.
Now Chris Brown’s attorney Mark Geragos has filed to block the transfer…

According to Rhymes With Snitch, Chris Brown’s attorney Mark Geragos filed for the block on the grounds that a transfer by U.S. Marshall would prevent Chris from conferring with his counsel in preparation for his trail.

In the motion Geragos also requested Chris be released into his custody.

A hearing has been scheduled for Thursday.
