My boss who happens to be a woman continues to make inappropriate comments about my butt and how big it is and how she wishes to have a butt like me. What really took the icing off the cake is when she smacked my butt in front of my whole staff at our morning meeting. After that meeting I complained to HR about her inappropriate behavior and how I totally felt violated but nothing has been done and she continues to disrespect me. I really feel bc she is a female my HR department isn’t taking my claims seriously. What should I do next?
