The Marshall Mathers LP 2 dropped today and Em‘s seventh studio album is set to do his normal astronomical numbers. But my favorite song on the album is a bonus cut! Em goes in over the OG version of Black Moon’s “I Got Cha Opin” with Buckshot Shorty himself on the hook. He even says he was almost signed by Duck Down Records (the famed NY underground hip-hop label home to Black Moon, Heltah Skeltah, Smif-N-Wessun) and puts down Loud Records for passing him up.
