O.J. Simpson returns to a courtroom in Las Vegas Tuesday for day two of a five-day hearing in which he’s asking for a new trial, or amended plea deal, in his 2008 armed robbery and kidnapping conviction – and RadarOnline.com is live streaming the proceedings, set to resume at 8 a.m. PT/11 a.m. ET.

As we previously reported, the NFL hall-of-famer’s requests come under the grounds that his former lawyer, Fla.-based Yale Galanter, gave him shoddy legal advice prior to his 2007 run-in with two men in Las Vegas, and the subsequent trial stemming from the incident.

The 65-year-old Simpson, best known as the defendant in the “Trial of The Century,” remains behind bars on a nine-to-33-year sentence, and isn’t eligible for parole for another five years.

Simpson is scheduled to take the stand Wednesday, while Galanter’s testimony is scheduled for Friday.

As for a decision, it’s unclear if Judge Linda Marie Bell will rule right away from the bench, or if a decision will be announced at a later date.
