Beyonce knows a thing or two about fame, she’s one of the few people that has learned how to balance fame with her personal life. But that didn’t come easy. Beyonce said that pressures of being a celebrity have taken on a toll on her life and have stopped her from ever being able to feel average or enjoy a normal lifestyle.

She said: “I just sacrificed life. Being able to walk down the street and being able to make mistakes and not have it recorded forever. “Being able to have regular relationships and dates. Just regular, normal things that people probably don’t even think about. Sometimes it’s hard.”

Sure, fame has stopped her from being “regular,” but Beyonce can never be regular. She has too much star power to be a plain Jane. Another thing she’s struggled with is the fact that she’s never taken a break from the spotlight. Beyonce’s been working her bootylicious booty off for 14 years straight.

She added: “I haven’t had longer than a couple of months off ever in my life, since I was 15. But I was raised that anything that’s worth anything takes a lot of sacrifice. And when anything is too easy for me I get scared.”

But it looks like a break isn’t too far behind. She added: “After a couple of dates in February and a couple of award shows, I promised myself that that it’s time to smell the roses. “I’m going to take – hopefully – a couple of months off. I’m not going to plan anything. I’ll perhaps take some art classes, I’ll visit some museums and I’ll check out some shows on Broadway. I’d like to travel somewhere – maybe Egypt – without anyone, without any security, and focus on things I’ve always wanted to do myself.”

Hopefully her and Jay Z will consider having some mini B’s and Jay Hova’s while she’s taking a break, we’ve been anxiously waiting for a ‘Beyonce is Pregnant’ announcement for years.

Beyonce has topped a new fan poll to find the world’s greatest pop star. The World’s Greatest Popstars contest, selecting the Crazy In Love singer as the new Queen of Pop. Beyonce saw off competition from nine other contenders, including Britney Spears and Madonna, and was announced as the winner at a live concert on Sunday at London’s Earls Court, where a special tribute was performed in her honor.
